We have pleasure in announcing that Nitin Desai has now joined the IDEA Global Group Advisory Board, effective08th February. Given Nitin's wider interest and expertise in international macro economic and political issues, as well as climate change, his contribution to our work will be better captured at the Group level.
SinceMay 2008 Nitin has been a member of the Advisory Board of IDEA Carbon, a subsidiary of IDEA Global Group, a role now elevated to the Group level. The role of our advisors is to ensure rigour and relevance of research, provide perspectives, and guide and protect governance standards. The roles are non-executive, do not involve any involvement in any commercial activity and are not remunerated in any manner connected with corporate or group performance.
At the IDEAGroup Advisory Board, Nitin will Professor Dr Helmut Schlesinger, Mr Ng Kok Song, CIO, GIC and LordNicholas Stern.
